Welcome to LetsGo School. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetsGo School website, mobile tracking applications, and student transportation service, owned and operated by LetsRide Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

By registering your child or utilizing our services, you ("Parent", "Guardian", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register for or use the service.

1. Service Description

LetsGo School provides route-optimized, small-vehicle rides (autos, cabs, or mini-vans) for school commutes. We match students from nearby areas traveling to the same school, assign verified professional drivers, and deploy designated School Coordinators to manage pickups and drop-offs safely at the school gates.

2. Registration & Account Accuracy

To use our services, you must register and provide accurate personal information, student enrollment details, pickup/drop addresses, and verified contact numbers. It is your responsibility to keep this data updated to avoid route planning discrepancies.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Billing Cycles: Subscription plans (Local, City, or Extended) are billed monthly or term-wise in advance through authorized, secure payment gateways under the merchant name of **LetsRide Private Limited**.
• Pricing: Pricing is calculated based on route distance (e.g., Local up to 5 km, City up to 10 km) and special requirements. We reserve the right to revise subscription fees with at least 30 days prior notice to parents.
• Holidays & Pauses: Subscription pauses for long school vacations must be requested in writing at least 7 days in advance. Details of applicable credit or discounts are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Passenger Behavior & Responsibilities

To ensure a safe commuting environment for all passengers:

• Parents must ensure that the student is present at the designated pickup point at least 3 minutes before the scheduled pickup window. Drivers cannot wait beyond 2 minutes to prevent delaying other students on the route.
• Students must behave respectfully and follow safety instructions provided by the driver or coordinator. Safe sitting and proper behavior are mandatory. Recurring unruly behavior may result in suspension of service.

5. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

While LetsRide Private Limited makes every effort to maintain absolute punctuality and reliability:

• Rides may experience occasional delays due to extreme traffic congestion, road closures, adverse weather, or vehicle breakdown. In such cases, parents will be notified immediately via the tracking system.
• We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses resulting from unavoidable delays in transit.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
