Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LetsGo School, operated by LetsRide Private Limited, we strive to provide highly reliable and transparent student transportation services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which subscriptions can be cancelled and the guidelines governing refund processing.

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly Plan Cancellation: You can cancel your LetsGo School monthly subscription plan at any time. To avoid billing for the subsequent month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Term/Quarterly Plans: If you have subscribed to a multi-month or term plan and wish to terminate service mid-term, subscription charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the months utilized at the standard non-discounted monthly rate, and the remaining balance will be eligible for a refund.
  • How to Cancel: Cancellation requests must be submitted from the registered support@letsgoschool.co.in

2. Refund Eligibility & Rules

  • Service Disruptions: If LetsGo School is unable to operate transit services on a scheduled day due to operational issues on our end (such as vehicle unavailability or lack of backup drivers), and no alternative ride is provided, a pro-rata credit or refund for that specific day will be issued to your account.
  • Holiday Credit / Vacation Pause: If school is closed for scheduled term vacations (minimum duration of 7 consecutive days), you may pause your subscription by notifying us 7 days in advance. A pro-rata credit adjustment will be applied to your next billing cycle. No retroactive pause adjustments will be processed.
  • Student Absences: Individual student absences (due to personal reasons or short-term illness) are not eligible for a refund, as the seat and route optimization remain allocated for the student in the vehicle.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our billing team under the authority of LetsRide Private Limited:

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the **original payment source** (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking account used during registration).
  • Refund settlements generally take **5 to 7 working days** to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycle.
  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
